Personal training is working in a 1 to 1 setting with a qualified trainer to help you achieve your goals.

 

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

Your trainer will first look at your lifestyle , your nutrition and your social life. You’ll set SMART goals and together workout a plan of action, looking at your specific genetics and commitment avalibilities.

 

NUTRITION

All of Elite FT Health Clubs personal training clients receive a full macro nutrient breakdown, specific to them individually , your instructor will use this to help you reach your goals as quick as possible.

 

MEMBER PRICING

£20 per session
£50 for 3 sessions in one week

 

NON MEMBER PRICING

£22.50 per session
£200 for booklet of 10 sessions
