Fitness History
Playing football from a young age kept me very active and competitive. At the ages of 12 I started lifting weights in my bedroom. At 14 I lied about my age to be able to join my first gym.

Why did you start personal training
I personal trained whilst doing my degrees, I really enjoyed it and loved the sense of satisfaction of working with clients. I took some time of to lecture nutrition and sports performance. I enjoyed the classroom time but really missed helping people reach there goals.
Favourite part of the job
Is when somebody becomes the person they want to be. I’ve worked with lots of professional athletes and it’s very rewarding when they improve on there specific sport. However my favourite part is when people become confidence enough to wear clothes they’ve always wanted to, or go to places they never dared before.
Favourite meal
Fillet steak cooked rare, sweet potato wedges, broccoli followed by my low carb, low sugar, high protein cheesecake
