Fitness History –
Besides resistance and body weight training, I’m a keen footballer, accomplished snowboarder and have a love for martial arts. Some of my achievements: Black belt in Taekwondo, Football scholarship in USA.
Why did you start personal training –
For me, staying active and keeping fit is the best treatment for my Cystic Fibrosis and instead of trying to fit training in around a 9-5 schedule, I decided to make it my career. Not only is it beneficial for my own health, It’s massively rewarding working with clients to help them overcome obstacles or reach any goals. Everything else is a bonus.
Favourite part of the job –
The sense of fulfillment when my clients achieve what they wanted to. My success is driven by their success, all my clients give me 100% and I give them exactly the same in return.
Favourite meal –
Fillet Steak cooked rare with crushed garlic potatoes and roasted veg
Fitness Tip –
Diet is key to achieving the results you want. Crack your diet routine and get the most from your body when training by fueling it with clean whole foods and stay hydrated!
Motivational quote –
So many of us choose our path out of fear disguised as practicality. What we really want seems so far out of reach and ridiculous to expect so we never dare to go for it. I’m saying dare to go for it and risk being seen in all your glory. Be the best ‘you’ that you can be.
